Compared to gold/platinum jewelry, pearl are particularly susceptible to damages caused by rough handling. We have high quality standards in our artisanship to minimize the effect of rough handling. We extend our warranty of free replacement to the end consumers within the first three months of their purchase. After the initial three months, within the first year, we offer replacement at 1/2 of the current price.

Both damaged jewelry and your customer’s invoice must be provided.
