4. Credit Card Transactions

Ordering online at Sharon Wei Designs is easy and convenient. When choosing your payment mechanism, you may be asked to provide certain information, including credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current. You also agree to pay all or any charges incurred by users of your account and credit card including, any tax or shipping fees (if applicable).

For any unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks cover all the charges that result from such use or limit your liability, the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. It is your responsibility to notify your credit card company of any unauthorized use. You agree that Sharon Wei Designs is not responsible or liable in any way for any unauthorized use of your credit card.

5. Exchange / Return Policy

The Sharon Wei Designs will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of purchase with receipt. We are unable to issue refunds. If your order arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can reasonably correct this situation to your satisfaction.

6. Shipping Rates and Policy

To determine the appropriate shipping rate for your order, please calculate the dollar amount for the items in your order. Find the range into which this amount falls from the table below, and look to the right. That will be the correct rate for standard shipping and handling. The last column lists shipping and handling fee for UPS second-day delivery. Note that there is shipping and handling charge for each ship-to address. Unless otherwise requested, we use UPS Ground service to street addresses in the Continental U.S. and U.S. Mail for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S Post Office boxes.

Also, if you require faster delivery service, we can ship UPS Next Day Air. Please call us at 1.xxx.xxx.xxxx 1to find out the additional fee for your expedited delivery. This fee is based on the weight of the package and the distance the package needs to travel.

7. Sales Tax (OH residents only)

Sales tax applies to orders being delivered within Ohio only. Tax in our state is 6.75%, and is calculated on the products and shipping. If you are a resident of another state, but plan on shipping an item as a gift to a Ohio resident, the state of Ohio requires us to charge sales tax. If you are a Ohio resident, but are shipping an item out of state, the order is exempt from sales tax. If you have any questions about this, please do email or call us.

8. Miscellaneous

Sharon Wei Designs failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Sharon Wei Designs may modify, add or delete any provision of this statement without any notice. Your continued use of this service shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such change. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this site. These provisions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
